That's what I thought, doesn't she stay in Vancouver because her management is there? But someone (I'm not sure if it's her, but I've heard people say) keeps on saying that she lives in L.A.

And about the butt thing, she tried to pull up her pants a few times at the start of her performance but after a while she got tired of doing it and kinda stopped, so like everyone else here, I have no clue if showing her butt was intentional or not.
