hiya there ^.^ i'm aurora. i'm a 17 year old girl and i am from Georgia, United States. i first saw Avril on TRL and since haven't gotten to see her much, but i bought the CD and totally fell in love with it. It's so easy to relate to and it gets completely stuck in your head :wink: i've never been a fan of poppish music, if that's what you want to call it, like the Backstreet Boys, NSync or Britney Spears, i've always been into more modern rock-type stuff, with the exception of Hanson. But they've been non-pop too, so you can't really exclude them. I was referred to this MB by someone (i can't remember who- sorry) at Hansonline.com-the MB there is a lot of fun, everyone should check that one out. but on second thought, maybe you should wait until the marriage tpoic has died down and the teenies are no longer up in arms :roll: anyway, i can't think of anything else to say. bai bai!

well that's one of the reasons i chose my name ^.^ 'Sleeping Beauty' is one of my two favorite Disney movies (the other being 'Peter Pan') and the song 'Once Upon A Dream' (ya know, where Aurora's dancing with her imaginary handsome prince in the forest, and then he appears?) is by far my favorite movie song ever. Love-love-love it ^.^ The other reason is the song "Aurora" by Veruca Salt. Love-love-love that too ^.^ It's definately on my list of top 10 songs of all time ::nodnod:: :wink:

sleeping beauty...i've heard of that one...but i just can't recall watching it. too many fairy tales/disney movies where the heroine falls is slighted by sleep. (snow white, rumplestiltskin...)

the word also means the beams of heaven.
