Evan is not a person that needs his own band, I have trouble telling his voice apart from Avril as it is.

It was posted on bandaids from Netweork Management that Evan isn't going to leave Avril's band this is just a sideproject.

News travels fast so it can come much more people to the gig than expected. There must be many Avril fans in Baltimore.

i don't think that evan or any of the band played on avril's album, they had studio musicians playing on it.

Why is he not playing on the album? It seems as though it would be easier to use musicians you know and are comfortable with than some hired pukes who you don't even know.

Wait..... on avril band aids i've read the answer that someone of the forum has received:Here's what Ev said about the gig... "I'm just filling in on guitar as a favor, its some small club I used to play, should be cool to help out a friend and get back to the roots."

So he isn't in the band as band mebers...... but that's starnge because in the official site he results as band members...... help me..... what do u think? he has said that he's just doing a favor, but at the same times he reults a member of ta band!

It feels like he's in a band not temporary filling in. I'm quite worried about his future in the Avril's band.

You're not temping if you set up a official site for the band and being in the pic of the band.

Even if he denied it like he now has, is this the beginning of the end?

Ya, that's Matt from Spinfire in the green shirt. and the other dude is Mike McAree, who plays bass. I don't think Ev's just "filling in". I think he's in it. Nettwerk said Evan's not leavin Av's band. There is also a rumour that Jesse's in a new band too. Not sure if that's true. I think it's awesome that Evan's in a new band. If they sound as good as Spinfire, then I'm a huge fan already. *Plus, the eye candy ain't bad either. ;) * But I REALLY hope Ev doesn't leave. Oh, and, that wasn't Evan, Matt, Jesse, or Mark on "Let Go" and for some dumbf*ck reason, Evan, Matt, Jesse, and Charlie aren't playing on the next album. At least that what someone on BandAids told me. That screwed if you ask me.

I think it is the record company that decide who is going to play on the next album. They probabaly want established musicians like they had on the first album. Having guys in teh same age as Avril on tour is like a gimmick thing and it has worked cause we all are talking about them.

I think it is sad that they aren't going to play on her next album. A lot can happen until she releases her next album so I don't think it is even sure that all the guys will be in the band in the future.

ya, i'm getting that feeling too and it sucks big time. i wish the record company would shut the f*ck up and get outta the way sometimes. i mean, av said herself, it's like a band vibe. what kinda vibe is there is the guys only play on tour. they are good enough to play on the album. hell, they're better than good enough. i've always thought of them as a band newayz. i mean, without av, no vocals, without ev, no lead guitar, without jesse, no rhythm guitar, without matt, no drums, without charlie, no bass. i mean, you take away one person, and there's a hole. i think it would be in Arista's best interest to let the guys play. someone ought to contact arista and b*tch at them about this. doubt that would work, but hey, u neva know. fuckin record companies. always wanna get more money and have control of everything.
