thats a example it would be like a fanfic
first u would tell the story then you tell the story like it would be today

Well it got me thinking about the story of king arthur
it was a mvoie called first knight with sean connery it was a love story

heres another example the count of monte cristol
or anything you want
bill and teds awsome adventure
or the waterboy u just gotta make it your own first tell the story but re tell the story in your own way
i guess this idea is corny but i just thought id throw it at you guys

Actually most stories get their roots from others. Very few things have genuine originality in them. It's funnny how much we compare stories to those that preceded them. I wonder how many modern day Cinderella's there are, or modern day Dracula's, etc. And just when you think that you've got something original you find out its already been done. But that's okay. Everyone's got there own spin to put on things and that's what makes those stories keep going.
