If the email is moony_moniz@hotmail.com then its a fake. I contacted Nettwerk Management listing all of the people posing as Avril and the band and they said,
"Thank you very much for sending all of those emails to us. We will get in touch with hotmail and yahoo, and get them to deleted those email addresses with you sent to us. Thanks very much for your time".
