I got bored so i wrote this about an amazing friend and its one of the only poems that i have ever writen that is not about wanting to end my life...so i hope everyone likes this one as much as i do

<span style='color:blue'>"The ways you save me"

Just when i think im going to fall
feeling so small
Holding on with all my might
then you come into sight

You smile and then i see
you always find away to save me
You make my life worth living
because of you there are no more thoughts of dieing

I wish you could see what i see
the love that i have for you is so special to me
You saved me then
you've saved me again

I'll forever love you for the the things you have done
for saving me from that gun
The way you made me look at me and see who i really was
and its all because....

The ways you have saved me</span>

Short but sweet. There's something about a poem in a different color font that just gets ya...just messing with ya
I like it, theres something indefinable...No crying this time...just the feeling of relief that seems to eminate from it

It's best not to start off a relationship with a poem it comes on a little strong...I suggest ease into it and then when you think he feels comfortable then you give it to him but no one listens to me anyway

who is it
and good poem
when i read it your poem i think of this song by incubus

"Warning"

Bat your eyes girl, be otherworldly,
count your blessings, seduce a stranger.
What's so wrong with being happy?
Kudos to those who see through sickness.

When she woke in the morning
she knew that her life had passed her by.
And she called out a warning,
"Don't ever let life pass you by."

I suggest we learn to love ourselves before it's made illegal.
When will we learn? When will we change?
Just in time to see it all fall down.
Those left standing... will make millions...
writing books on the way it should have been.

When she woke in the morning
she knew that her life had passed her by.
And she called out a warning,
"Don't ever let life pass you by."

Floating in this cosmic jacuzzi
we are like frogs oblivious to the water starting to boil.
No one flinches, we all float face down.

When she woke in the morning
she knew that her life had passed her by.
And she called out a warning,
"Don't ever let life pass you by."
