no it shouldnt really be in anything you want and certanly (sp) not in graphic design. it should be in technical help. but...
with th epicture/sig/whatever you want to put in your sig, right click, go to properties and copy the picture url, on ur user CP go to sig settings and clik on the IMG tags. when a box appears paste the picture URL into it and click ok. hope it helps! and remember! no more than 3 images! :P
