double posting is really annoying if it's spam. can we have another pop up that comes up when a person double posts?
it would say:

Please don't double post or spam. If you want to correct your post from before use the edit button.

Anyways.. it wouldn't be a pop up, it would just be an error screen saying you can't post. But it's probably just better dealing with individual case themselves.. newbies will always come and double post.. they'll learn after being told a couple times.. hopefully :P

You can't really help it if it's a accident sometimes you get into a thread were a couple of people are posting at the same time.

if two people are posting at the same time is double posting? just use the edit button to change your post if you need to

lol what I mean is you already made a comment and then say you want to make another one right away and your posting at the same time as another then you might double post by accident under the last post you made.

You could very well use the edit button to add more info in stead of posting again but sometimes you just post again while someone else is and double posting does accure.
