Uploading Videos Into Signatures

Okie heres the dilly i uploaded a tiny clip and i wanna add it to my signature the thing is ... its not a gif and the video thing wont covert it into one ... so wat do i do? thankzzz yall

Um... That won't work, however, because GIFs are not movies files. Anyway, I hate movie avatar, so I really would hate movies signatures.
