Here are some more poems...enjoy em...and rate them if you want 1/10

"close to death"
I sat in a daze
wanting to leave in so many ways
i stared at my wrist
thinking of why we had kissed
i didnt know what i was doing
i didnt know where i was going
the pain was unbarable
the hurt so uncontrolable
cutting so deep
it was all i could do if i wanted to sleep
i have never been so close to death
i cried out to god with one last breath
i dont know what stopped me
your face i couldnt see
but im still here today
still with nothing to say
i still always cry
and i'll forever wonder why
*october 14 2002*

"what you do"
I have finally opened my eyes
there will be no more cries
i finally see
that your not for me
i do love you
but your just not true
you used me
and i couldnt see
it still hurts me down inside
but this love i have im gonna hide
its time for me to move on
i need a new shoulder to rest my head apon
i'll never forget you
i wish you wont forget me to
but thats just what you do
play us and act as if you are true
then walk away
with nothing more to say
never looking back
leaving our world black

First one 8/10
Second one 6/10
Don't take that as meaning they are bad but know that if I am going to rate things I can't very well have a good poem and a masterpeice in the same league

sheer brilliance. what was the driving force of them?
