I'm still writting Nobody's home, but i got this idea in my head so i thought i'd start it.

I’m in love with you

Chapter #1.

"Goodnight" Avril said as Evan went in to her guestroom.
She went to her bed and lay down. She could still feel the
wonderful smell of Evan on her after the hug they just shared.
she took a deep breath and sat up and grabbed a pice of paper
and a pen and started writting.

I looked away, then
I looked back at you

I pray that we make it through

She took her guitarr and started humming a melody on it.
Evan heard Avril playing and stood up and walked out to the hallway
Listening outside her door.

And I don’t wanna fall to pieces

Evan knocked on the door.
Avril jumped and put the paper away "yeah" she said standing up
Evan opend the door and walked in.
"That was beautiful" he said
"You heard that?" she asked alittle embarresed, hoping he wouldnt get that it was about him.
"Yes" he said and smiled "Can you play the rest for me?" he asked seeing
the full song on the paper on the bed.
Avril blushed alittle and hesitated for a sec.
"ok...." she said picking the guitarr up

EVan smiled "that was beautiful Av" he said giving her a hug
Avril put her arms around him and breathed in his scent.
She sat there wihtout realising she hadent let him go for a few minutes.
She quickly let go and looked down "thank you" she said smiling alittle
Evan looked at her "whats wrong?" he asked. He knew her so well he could tell she was hideing something.
"nothing" Avril said smiling alittle looking up at him
"Come on Av...I know you" he said.
She knew he did... he knew her so well, probably more than anyone ever would or had.
"I just... I.... watched that scary movie before...will you sleep inhere with me?" she asked
Evan looked at her alittle confused. He knew thats not what she had on her mind,
and that a movie didn't scare her but he just nodded "ofcorz" he said.
He wouldnt let this go though, but for tonight he would. It had been a long night and they booth needed sleep.

15 minutes later Avril came out from the bathroom with a tanktop and jeans on.
Evan was already int he bed with no shirt.
Avril looked at him, he was so hot. Why did he have to be so hot?
he was her best friend, she shouldnt bee feeling this... but she did
"are you planing on wearing that when you sleep?" Evan asked reffering to her jeans
"Um no..." she said getting under the quilt and took them of under there.
It wasnt like Evan had seen her half naked before but... it was diffrent now.
Evan looked at her. She could tell he wanted to ask her something, and she knew what it was
"Lets go to sleep ok?" she said quickly before he got to ask
Evan nodded and lay down. Avril lay down next to him and he put his arms around her.
Avril loved that feeling, the feeling of Evans arms around her, she felt safe.
"goodnight" she wispeard and soon they were booth fast asleep.

Chapter #2.

AVril woke up and slowly open her eyes.
She lookd around. No Evan... she sat up and grabbed her pants.
She walked out to the kitchen "Ev?" she said while looking around.
No Evan. she shrugged, he must have gone out or something she thought to herself.
She put on some water and went to the bathroom to get changed.
She took her clothes of and went into the shower.
as she started shampoing her hair she thought about How messed up alot of things in her life was.
She was dateing Deryck, although she knew he wasnt that serious about them.
He was never in a realationship for very long, still she allways ended up with these "though guys".
Why couldnt she end up with someone sensetive, sweet... like Evan... She knew her and Evan had decide3d
from Day one that they would not date. Especially after all the stuff that happend with Jesse.
Avril couldnt handle it if Evan left her. He was her support, her best friend, her soulmate.
Sure Deryck made her smile and she really really liked him, but more as a friend than a lover.
It was not like it was with Evan. Evan knew her. She could speak,and he would already know
what she was goign to say before she said it.
Avril stepped out of the shower and started drying her hair.

Evan was at the market buying some fresh bagles for breakfast.
He knew how Avril was on a "Helth tripp" right now. He put the orange juice and bagels
in the bag after paying for it then went back to Avrils place.
He went straight into the ktichen and started fixing breakfast.
Evan smiled alittle to himself as he was thinking about the day he first met Avril.
She was so adoarble. his first thought was "this one is going to be trouble"
They had connected right from the start and had been best friends since then.
Best friends... friends... that was all it could be, they had decided not to
date since it would screw things up, But he couldnt deny the feelings he really had for her.
He loved her with all his heart, every single peace of her. Her ocean blue/green eyes,
blond and black long beautiful hair... her lips... her nose... she had the most adorable nose.
Evan was so far into thinking about Avril that he cut his finger while fixing the bagles.
"DAMN" he yelled puting the finger under cold water.

Avril heard Evan yell and quickly put her hair up and her clothes on.
"Ev?" She asked as she stepped into the kitchen
"Hey" he said smiling
"What are you doing?" She asked as she walked up behing him.
"You'er bleeding" she said taking his hand. She pulled out a first aid kit and took out a bandage
and a cleaning napkin.
"Sit down" she said pointing at the chair
"Yes mam'" Evan said laughing alittle
Avril gave him a -haha-look and sat down beside him and fixed the cut.

5 minutes later
"Thanks" Evan said smilign alittle
Avril smiled. She was still holding his hand.
Evan looked down at Avril who foundherself looking into his ocean blue eyes.
Booth their hearts were going a million times faster than normal.
Evan leaned down as Evan leaned up their lips only and inch apart when the phone rings
Evan cleard his throat standing up fast.
"I'll get that" he said feelign a blush come to his cheeks.
Avril looked down... her heart was still beating fast...
She was sop close to what she had allways wanted.
"Evan" he answerd the phone
"Yo dude"
"Deryck" Evan said
"Whats up man" he continued lookign at Avril
Avril looked up at him... perfect she thought.
"Yeah shes hear...ttyl man" Evan said handing her the phone.
"It's lover boy" he said walkign upstairs
Avril sighed.
"Deryck" Avril said tryign to sound happy

30 minutes later,

Avril knocked on the door to the guestroom.
"yeah?" Evan said not opening the door
"Can i come in?" Avril asked
"I uh... yeah... hold on" he said
Evan hid the blade under the pillow and quickly put a bandage on
and rolled down the sleaves on his shirt.
It was the one thing he couldnt tell her... and couldnt stop,
it was the only thing that made the pain go away...
he stood up and tried to look casual
"come in" he said
Avril opend the door looking around the room
"What took you so long?" she asked notecing a drop of blood on his pillow
"Whats that?" she asked
"thats um... I was.. I dont know, nothing i guess" he said
Avril gave him a look "whats going on Ev?" she asked
"look its nothing I just got a nose bleed before" he said
he hated lying to her.
"But you've never had a nose bleed befoer Ev" she said
"i know, its nothing" he said
Avril was not bying one word of what he was sayign but, if he didnt want to tell her,
she would just have to find out what was up someother way.
"Well... Deryck and I are going to a club tonight...wanna come?" She asked
"Um.. no, i think I'll just stay here" he said
"Oh come on Ev" She said.
"No, maybe another day" he said
all he wanted was to stay here with his blade.
"pleaseeeee" Avril said giving him the "puppy eyes"
"thats unfair" he said, she knew he couldnt say know to her when she made that face.
"so you'll come?" she asked smiling
"ok.. but just for a little while" he said
"Great thanks" she said giving him a big hug "be ready in 20 minutes" she said as she walked out
Evan shock his head lookign at the pillow... then went intot eh bathroom to take a shower before
he had to go Clubing with Deryck, his friend, and also the love of his lifes boyfriend.

Chapter #3.

Evan sat infront of Avril and Deryck. Deryck had his arm around Avril while smoking
it wasnt a normal cig. probably a joint. Avril hated drugs and he didnt
know why she put up with it.
Evan looked at his watch.. he had been there for 2 horus now, watching them.
He couldn't take it anymore. They looked so happy.
"I'm gonna go" Evan said
"What? Man, its only 11pm come on" Deryck said looking at the time.
"Yeah, but i forgote i have this...um... i just have to go" he said
"Ok man, ill talk to you later" he said taking a sip of his whiskey.
Avril looked at Evan "I'll be right back" She said as she followed Evan outside.
"Ev wait" She said takign his arm
his arm was hurting from the cuts and it hurt even more when she grabbed his arm.
Evan made a face showing it hurt
"what?" Avril asked letting go straight away
"Oh nothing I just... its nothing" Evan said smiling alittle
"Right... Ev... thats the second time its nothing today" she said
"I'm fine" He said
"No your not Ev... I know you...and I can tell when your sad, worried, angry.. i know you
to well" she said
Evan just looked down "Not now Avril... go be with your boyfriend" he said
Avril shoke her head "Not until you tell me whats wrong" she said
"Its nothing!" he said almost screaming
"Now just leave me alone" he said running out of there taking the first cab back to the hotel.
Avril just stood there. He had never raised his voice to her before...
she was so worried but figured shed talk to him about it tomorrow.
She went back to were Deryck used to sit to find him gone she looked around.
She couldnt belive what she saw... Deryck dancing with some blond tall girl.
not just dancing... kissing.. toutching... all over.
Avril took her jacket and went up to him
"Oh Avril.. we were just.. its not..." Deryck said
"What it looks like? right, whatever f*ck you Deryck" she said walking out of there.
Deryck ran after grabbing her arm, just like she had with Evan before.
"Avril come on, it ment nothing, you know I love you" he said
Avril shoke her head "If you really loved me, you wouldnt do this to me" she said
"But i do love you" he said
Avril just turned around and started running
Deryck ran after, not as fast as he was really drunk.
He finally cought up and grabbed her "You're not leavign me" he said pressing his lips against hers
"Let go" she screamd trying to get away but he was stronger.
he put his hands inside her shirt toutching her like he had with that other woman.
"No" Avril said
"Maybe if you would have done "this" with me fromt he beginning i wouldnt have had
to make out with that girl" he said
Avril just stared at him, she couldnt belive what she was hearing,
all the things shed heard about him were true...
he ripped her shirt kissing her chest. Avril got enough strength to kick him where it hurts and
started running. she kept running and running until she finally got to the hotel.
Evan... she needed Evan.

After comign home from the bar Evan had decided to leave... not just here but the band..
he couldnt do it anymore, it hurt to much seeing her with him, his heart was breaking.
He had just finished packing when he heard a faint knocking on the door.
"Who is it" he asked
No answer. He went up to the door and opend it. Ones he did Avril just fell into his arms.
her shirt was all ripped, pants unzipped and she was pale and mascara ran all over her face.

Chapter #4.

"Av!" he said catching her "What happend? who...who did this" He said
He would kill whomever had done this to her
Avril just kept crying
He lifted her up into his strong arms and carried her to the bed.
he lay her down on the bed sitting down beside her
"Av?" he asked lifting her chin up
Avril looked into his blue eyes.
"I can't belive he did this..." She said
"Who? who did this?" Evan asked
Avril turned her head.. she couldnt look at him, she felt embaressed,
she didnt know why but she did. Deryck was Evans friend too...
"D..Deryck" she finally said
Evan stood up. he didnt say anything. Avril turned to look at him
he didnt need to say anything, his face was filled with anger,it almost scared her
"Ev?" she said
"I'm gonna kill him" he said grabbing his jacket and turn to the door
"Ev no" she said
"Im sorry Av but..." Evan continued
"Evan please don't..:" she said
he opend the door and went out
"I need you" she said raising her voice
Evan stopped and backed inside and turned to look at her.
He didnt say anything he just went back and sat down beside her.
there were an awkward silence for a while and Avril looked around the room.
She noticed the bags on the bed.
"Why are your bags packed?" she asked
"I just...uh" he said
he wasn't about to leave her now.
"Just thought i'd get a head start" he said.
Avril looked at him for a moment "Oh" she said after a while.

After a while of just lying there and watching TV Evan said:
"So did he...i mean he didn't ... did he?" he asked
he didn't need to say what he ment, she knew what he ment.
"No... " she said quickly... "I ran" she said just as soemone knocked on the door
"Yeah?" Evan said
"Dude, its me open up" Deryck said
Avril looked at Evan adn Evan looked at Avril
Avril could see the anger coming back in Evan eyes.
"Go away Deryck" Avril said
"Avril, we need to talk" Deryck said
Evan got up heading for the door but Avril grabbed i arm
Evan looked at her and she just shok her head "no" she said
"go away" Evan said with alot of anger in his voice.
"Oh so what, you just go crying to your girlfriend" Deryck said sarcasticly
the anger in Evans eyes just grew.
Avril stood up and grabbed the phone "Deryck if you dont f*cking leave right
now i'm gonna call and have you removed" she said
"Fine" Deryck said kicking the door "Whatever" he said
a few seconds later they heard the elevator closing and he was gone.

Evan sat down on the bed and Avril sat down beside him
"I'm sorry" he said looking down. he felt embaressed by the way he just acted.
"You need me and i'm acting like a jerk" he said
Avril shoke her head tilting his chin up
"No Ev... you were there for me... it just shows me how much you care.." she said
"well... I do..." he said
Avril nodded "I know...and I care about you too, you know that" she said
"I dont think I could go on if you ever left" she said hugging him
"I won't..." he said hugging her back kissing her head "I won't..." he said again.
Avril hugged him tigther
"Can I stay in your room tonight?" She asked still hugging him
"Ofcorz" he said "I'm gonna just go get ready" he said standing up and walking into the bathroom.

Avril looked at the phone and picked it up and called room service
"Can I have a big can of icecream brought up to room 611?" She said "thanks" she said then hung up
she took her clothes of and went to Evan suitcase and grabbed his green `Iams dogfood´t-shirt and put it on.
a few minutes later roomservice came with the ice cream she payed him and put it beside the bed.
She allways had icecream when she was down. Icecream and Evan.

Evan came out of the bathroom after a shower with just a pair of comfy pants on.
Avril looked at him... he was so hot without a shirt. but then again, he was allways hot.
Evan looked at her, she looked so cute in his t-shirts.
he raised an eyebrow and nodded at the shirt on her
Avril stuck her toung out "im borrowing it" she said
"mhm" he said laughing
"I have ice cream" she said putting her hand beside her on the bed for him to come sit down.
and he did. he lay down ont eh bed and avril laid down on his chest with the ice cream beside him,
Evan put on the TV but he wasn't watching it... he just lay there watching Avril,
amazed over how beautiful this girl was and thinking about how much he wanted to kill
Deryck cause of what he had just done.

Chapter #5.

Avril woke up but didn't open her eyes, she just wanted to lay there for a few more minutes.
She moved her legs when suddenly she felt soemthing very cold on her she and Evan sat up quickly.
"What the..." Evan said lookign at the bed, there was Icecream everywhere
"oopps" Avril said looking innocent
Evan laughed "You know, your adorable when you make that 'it wasn't me' face" he said getting up
Avril stood up to and laughed alittle "I know i am" she said
Evan looked at her and smiled, he hadn't seen her smile like that in a while.
"Ok, you go shower, i'll clean up this mess" he said starting to get all the stuff out of bed.

a few hours later.
"Av" Evan said looking down
"Yeah" Avril said her eyes focused on the TV.
"You know how i told you i'd never leave you yesterday?" he said
"Mhm" Avril said now looking at Evan
"I won't ever leave you but... i think i have to leave the band" he said
"Wh...what?" Avril said getting up
"See... i got this record deal... and I'd do my own thing...and... the rule we made.." he said
"What rule?" Avril while a tear roled down her cheek.
"The dateing rule..." Evan said walkign over to Avril pushing some hair out of her face
and brush the tears away.
"What about it?" Avril said looking up at him with glancy eyes.
"I'd be free to do this" he said and leaned down gently toutching her lips with his own
Avril was chocked at first but she knew this was what she'd wanted all along the moment his lips met hers.
She put her arms around his neck kissing him back deeply.
Evan pulled back "Wow" he said
Avril nodded "wow" she said holding on to Evan so that she wouldnt fall on her butt.
"I love you Avril" he said while studying every inch of her face.
"I love you too" She said looking at his blue eyes.
Evan smiled she was so beautiful.
"So does this mean?" Avril said
"if you want it to mean it..." Evan said.. they both knew what they were talking about.
Avril nodded "I do" she said kissing him again
couple of months later

It was the last day Evan was in her band.
they had just doen teh last performence and were at the Maxim afterparty.
Avril grabbed Evans hand "Come on, lets get out of here" she said
it was the last time they'd see eachother for a week. they knew that wasn't much
but it seemed like forever... Avril didnt even want to think about what it would
be like beeing on tour for 12 months.

Evan open the door as Avril cellphone rang, it was her friend monique.
when avril looked up all she saw was cameras... paparazzis... GREAT she though.
She gave them the finger. they couldnt even leave them alone for one freakin second?
Evan lead her to the car and they drove back to the hotel.
ones back in the hotelroom Avril locked the door and gave out a loud sigh
"Whats wrong?" Evan said
"oh.. just thinking about how i'm gonna make it without you while im on tour" She said
"I'm just a phone call away" he said putting his arms around her waist
