For those who like them - they'll be on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight (July 27th) at 12:05 AM on ABC.

And their new album is out today. I need to get it. I don't have time to do anything anymore. Stupid work.

They were on before...and from what I saw, I wasn't impressed. Half the lead-vocals weren't even sung.

So am I not the only one who's just not buying the hype?

And, the vocals sounded pretty crappy last night.

Unfortunately I'm still blinded by my inexplicable love for Adam. Even when I think he's high.

Aw, I missed that! I love TBS.

Ah, well. They're better to see live than on T.V.

Yes Mal! Miss Whit did watch it.

The performance was just okay. But Adam is so sexy lol.

They are. They're why I shelled out $60 for Blink 182. Well, them and The Used. I love them live.

I also like the guy who names his guitars. One is named Scout, and I forget what the others are called. But I saw some at the Blink show. It was funny.

They didn't sound good. But they are far better than Taking Back Sunday. And I bet you didn't even listen to the album...and if you did, you're shameful. So you can't win.

Yes, but I never claimed that Modest Mouse was better than Taking Back Sunday, or even that Taking Back Sunday are good. I just claimed that I don't think Modest Mouse is worth all the hype. There was no comparison at all.

Taking Back Sunday are playing two dates in England, London and Nottingham, for all those English TBS fans :).

I've never heard any hype, besides them being suddenly on the radio. And that was just a backhanded snipe, they're completely different. But seriously what's the point in talking shit about something you haven't heard (going of course on the pretense that a "no comment" is an admission)?

I hardly think saying they don't live up to the hype is talking shit.

Story Of The Year didn't live up to the hype I heard about them, but they're still a good band, for what they do.

Apparently I just know some retarded people.

Well I was taking your comment about what punkLECH said as a validation of it. And yeah, the only person I know that hypes any band is Paul, and I barely pay attention to what he says.

I'm not a fan of TBS or even like them for that matter but dont forget about there appearances at Leeds and Reading festival... I'll sure be there at Leeds, see Reel Big Fish then TBS will come on so we can jeer at them while I wait for the mother f*cking Goldie Lookin' Chain to come on :D

Am I the only one here who thinks Taking Back Sunday's new album sounds like The All-American Rejects? So, so... mainystreamyishy.

Yes.

It's pretty mainstream, but not in the AAR way... because I can actually stand to listen to this album. AAR bores me.
