PNG Files are just ordinary graphics, except they have the ability to have a shadow or transparency on any background color :P It works on some boards/servers, why not this one?

It looks like it's moving because there's such a contrast in color. It's your brains way of coping with bright, but different colors. Kind of like racism. So, in effect, you're all racist.

I don't see it moving. I just say it did because I was actually bored. And then all of them were like "Oh yes it's moving". But anyway.
