Why is everyone in some way glory seeking. Everybody, even the nycest people are after some sort of glory. Whether they like it or not. So is their really any good people? You have to think at everything thing you did that you thought was selfless because no human in the world does anything that wont benefit them in some way. Think realistically too cause it took me a lot of thought to come to this conclusion. Everything, even when you think you want to help. By helping them you're helping yourself. Maybe it's too be looked at as the best friend or too be thanked.
