help with brushes

Aight so this is my problem, i cant seem to download brushes right ...i do exactly what im told to do, unziping them and everything but they dont work, cause when i go in to use them they come up as images and not brushes ...im using paint shop pro 9 and i cant find tutorials for it to help me out so if someone here could help me that would be great thanx!

I think I'm having the same problem... But mine comes up with something like "The file blablabla... Is a newer format version and is unsupported " when I try to add them, but it's not like that with all brushes.. just.. some. Hmph :(

Heya, Tiff! I don't use Paint Shop Pro 9 but I'm sure it's really similar to Paint Shop Pro 8. I download brushes specifically made for my program. I then go to >>File. I find >>Import. And then I click on >>Import Brushes. A little pop up thingie should come up and then click >>Open. Find the brushes you want to install and click >>Open. It then goes back to the little pop up thingie, you should then click >>Add all and then >>OK. Then click on the >>Brush tool and next to the presets on the top there should be this little drop down arrow. Click on that and scroll down to find the brush you want to use. I'm not sure if that helps with the program you use but good luck =] Or you can do what Ev said and just download the stamps =P

That first thing you said? That's probably where the problem is. ...Because you all are too stupid to read the error message. ...They have those for a reason.
