Hopefully this won't bore you guys... here's one:

-Empty-
I look around at empty faces,
Empty faces filling empty spaces,
Everyone seems to be free and wild,
But that one single child,
Lies and rumors spread throughout,
The child within about,
All that matters are look and talk,
But that one child sees amok,
A flock of empty faces, filling empty spaces.

here's another one, that I wrote when I had my heart broken:

-Outside-

Outside the window it was sunny and warm,
Inside it was filled with sadness and harm,
I gave you my heart,
I gave you my all,
But you ripped it apart and ran down the hall.
Seriously though,
I thought you were true,
When you were around,
The skies, they were blue,
Changing from pale and gray,
It went by so fast,
Seems like only yesterday,
But that was another day,
Today it's cold and empty again.
So I close my window to keep out the rain,
And with it my dreams and hopes go down the drain.
I still hear the footsteps outside my door,
For they will haunt me forever... It's you I adored.
Outside the window is but a wish now,
For I loved you more than I'll ever know how.

yeah.. i wrote that when my b/f dumped me a while ago.. but here's more since you've all be so kind :) thank you guys.

well we kinda dumped each other, but he was just an ass about it.. like after we broke up after like a month he came cryin to me sayin he wanted to be friend still and after that he pretended not to know me and just like dissed me in public and what not.. plus he was a male slut while we were datin. that and he did drugs. so yeah.. that's my sad life story for ya.

Troubled and lost souls
For things no one knows
Some people seek throughout
Things we know about,
But the mystery lies elsewhere,
In things no one knows about,
Things that are left out.
Normal we all are,
Although different some of us choose to be,

The real us afterall,
We're here for all,
Everyone but ourselves,
We do everything for everyone else,

-Rock star-
I saw you on tv and I dreamt about you everynight,
In my dreams you fell in love with me, and I wish they were right,
Your a rock star, you'll never even know I exist,
I know I should probably just cease and desist,
Or that's what I thought,
But then I read, you were coming in town,
I had to get tickets, I scrambled all around,
I bought tickets and won backstages passes,
The night of the concert, I was crying so much,
But when I saw you, it was a hunch,
I had talk to you, tell you how i felt,
But you didn't brush it off, thinking I was just some fan,
You took my hand and gave me a kiss,
A moment I'll never forget, I can't beleieve I still exist,
I can't beleive I'm here, I can't beleive it happened,
And in the end, I didn't wake up,
It was real, I was up,
Up to this day, I still call you to hear your voice,
And you sing about me, and of that I rejoice.

I just made that on the spot, so yeah, that probably wasn't as good, but do share your comments! :)

Sometimes

We say things we don't mean,
Have feelings that are wrong,
But we must remain strong,
And keep on holding on,
Our hearts will lead us on.
Sometimes,
