What are the best free programs that are compatible with Windows 7?
I've had my laptop a little over 3 years and it's been slowing down over the years. For example, it takes a couple minutes to open Mozilla Firefox. I know it has to do with all of the junk on my hard drive, but I don't know how to go about cleaning it out. Should I completely wipe out my computer and start anew? If so, - will I have to re-order/ pay for programs such as Norton Antivirus? - will I need to install another copy of Microsoft Office/ buy a new version? Or, is there any FREE program that can help clean out the junk on my hard drive without completely wiping it out? If so, - Please name and describe the program. Sorry for the long question, but thanks in advance for the help! iphone unlock

A facebook virus that I can't get rid of won't let me open anything! Can you help?
It freezes on startup not even the start button will pop up I ran antivirus, cleaners and it worked for like ten minutes and then it froze again and the sound kept making a weird noise. and it only works on safe mode. its a sony vaio windows xp! thank you unlock iphone 3g

My computer virus is fixed but not completly?
So I got a new computer in the middle of October, it is a Toshiba Satellite A500/040, came with Windows vista Home premium. I got a Windows 7 upgrade disc that is only for my computer. I have upgraded my Laptop to windows 7 and am now having troubles... I think I picked up a few viruses and I am wanting to re-install windows to get my laptop back to normal. The only problem is I am not entirely sure if I can re-use the Upgrade disc. Does anyone know if I can? And if not, what I can do? Thanks in advance for any help and have a great New Year forex robot

Why is my computer getting popups and turning off regularly? How to fix it...?
My sons have an HP one year old laptop running Vista Home Premium 32 bit. Of course, just turned a year old two days ago and warranty is now up. There is not a lot of software on this thing. I installed ESET Nod32 and it runs well. I just scanned and there are no threats found. No popups are appearing in IE. There is no sign of a virus anywhere. There are multiple problems that I cannot figure out. When we try to shut the computer down, it gets stuck in Logging Off screen. I try Ctrl Alt Delete to bring up Task Manager but it will not appear. I get the Icon down in the lower right part of the screen, but cannot click on it to open it up. I tried to do a System Restore. I select it, but nothing happens. When I try doing it all over again, it says that it is already running, but it is not. I have tried uninstalling things they dont need but the uninstall freezes up also and when i hit cancel, it just remains cancelling without doing anything. I am usually pretty good at fixing things but this one has me stumped. If I could just do a restore, i feel like i could get it back to where it was before this started happening a couple of days ago,. Any help is appreciated. unlock iphone 3g

Light programmes for my pc?!?
now i was using nod32 antivirus.i think it was not working properly..when downloading files by using torrents my internet connection was very slow.now a days my pc which was very slow..i think some one was hacking my pc...suggestion pls..what to do? unlock iphone 3g

Why can't I watch videos on my dell laptop?
I just got my first computer and I want to protect it the best I can with Anti-viruses, spyware, firewall and anything else that might affect my computer. It's an Acer Laptop with Windows 7, 3GB.
